Client Service Director
Prior to joining Copperfield, Stephen served in brand and marketing roles for a financial services institution, as a strategist for creative agencies, and as an independent consultant.
Until 2016, Stephen was Head of Proposition Development for Willis Towers Watson (NASDAQ: WLTW) and as such, led multinational teams working on advertising, brand management, client insight, creative services and the development of value propositions. In 2014 Stephen was responsible for rebranding Willis Group and later co-led the creation of a new brand and positioning strategy for the entity created by the merger of Willis Group and Towers Watson.
Before joining Willis Group, Stephen worked in strategy and planning roles for Redwood and Wardour in London. His clients included Bupa, Jaguar Land Rover, Mazda, Virgin Media, Volvo and Unilever.
At Copperfield, Stephen acts as Client Service Director and leads the company’s operations in London. He is a graduate of the University of Cambridge.
